If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified periodically, and any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
- Services Provided
HM DREAM JOBS provides a variety of services designed to assist both job seekers and employers. These services include
- Job Listings: Employers can post job opportunities, while job seekers can apply for available positions.
- Resume Builder & Writing Tools: Users can build and enhance their resumes using our platform’s customizable tools
- Payment Gateway: Payments for premium services or subscriptions will be securely processed through Razorpay, adhering to their terms of service.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to access the Platform.
- User Account
In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Payment and Subscription
Certain features, such as advanced job listings, resume enhancements, and additional services, may require payment. Payments will be processed securely via Razorpay, and you agree to comply with their payment terms and conditions.
- User Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is respectful to other users. Prohibited actions include:
- Posting fraudulent, inaccurate, or illegal job listings.
- Transmitting harmful software or viruses that may disrupt the operation of the Platform.
- Engaging in any activity that may harm, threaten, or harass other users.
- Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of HM DREAM JOBS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any materials from the Platform without prior written consent.
Terms for Employers:
- Employers can create their organization’s profile on the HM DREAM JOBS
- Employers and recruiters acting on their behalf can connect with jobseekers through their organization’s profile.
- Employers can use their profile to showcase their company environment, policies, and other important information, and engage jobseekers through polls and surveys.
- Employers are solely responsible for authorizing and managing the recruiters associated with their profile at their discretion.
- If an employer’s engagement with a recruiter ends, and the recruiter had access to the employer’s professional network on the platform, the employer must immediately notify HM DREAM JOBS about the termination and appoint a new recruiter.
- Employers are responsible for informing HM DREAM JOBS of any changes, updates, or termination of engagement with recruiters.
- Employers and their authorized recruiters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, profile, and passwords.
- Employers and their authorized recruiters must not share passwords or account access information with others, and the employer is responsible for all uses of the platform, whether authorized or not.
- Employers and their authorized recruiters agree to notify HM DREAM JOBS immediately of any unauthorized use of their account, profile, or passwords.
- Employers and their authorized recruiters are responsible for all postings on the platform.
- HM DREAM JOBS is not responsible for any employment decisions made by employers or their authorized recruiters.
- If an employer permanently closes or the employer account is terminated, all account information, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted and removed within a reasonable period, unless prevented by a Force Majeure Event.
- To protect users from commercial advertising or solicitation, HM DREAM JOBS may restrict the number of emails an employer may send to users.
- Employers, recruiters, and others sourcing profiles on HM DREAM JOBS must verify the “Do Not Disturb” (DND) status of candidates before contacting them by phone or text. Non-compliance may result in penalties under applicable TRAI guidelines.
Terms for Jobseekers:
- Jobseekers can connect with other jobseekers through their profiles on the platform.
- Connections between jobseekers can happen if they share a common background, such as being colleagues, alumni, or having common social network connections.
- Jobseekers can manage their profile visibility on the platform, adjusting access to their professional network at their discretion.
- Jobseekers can choose from three profile preferences: Public, Limited, or Private.
- A Public profile is visible and searchable by other users and can receive requests for recommendations, endorsements, and share accreditations within their network.
- A Limited profile is visible only to the jobseeker’s connections and can share accreditations within their network.
- A Private profile is restricted and cannot be connected to other users. It will not be searchable for social activities. Jobseekers can only use the professional networking environment for career-related information and not for promoting sales, marketing, or gathering details of users.
- If a jobseeker cancels or the account is terminated, all profile information will be marked for deletion and may be removed from public areas of the platform within a reasonable period, unless prevented by a Force Majeure Event.
Terms for Recruiters:
- Recruiters associated with a company can create their own recruiter profile on the platform.
- Recruiters will function as authorized users of their company’s account, managing job postings and recruitment-related activities.
- Recruiters are responsible for managing their professional networking profiles and may not represent the same account once their engagement with the employer ends.
- HM DREAM JOBS reserves the right to delete or remove any recruiter profile if it infringes on intellectual property rights or violates the platform’s terms.
- Non-customer recruiters (e.g., freelancers, third-party recruiters) are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful information and ensuring that their job postings do not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.
- Non-customer recruiters authorize HM DREAM JOBS to send communications about updates, offers, and new products/services.
- Recruiters must indemnify and hold HM DREAM JOBS harmless for any claims or actions arising from their use of the platform.
Terms for Interested Parties:
- Interested parties can connect with each other on the platform. HM DREAM JOBS acts as a medium to facilitate these connections.
- Interested parties can limit the visibility and access to their profiles and control the flow of their information.
- Interested parties can use the platform for sharing information related to start ups and opportunities, but not for promoting sales, marketing, or collecting user details for unauthorized purposes.
- HM DREAM JOBS does not assume liability for the dealings or constitution of interested parties and is not responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations in their profiles.
- Interested parties can create profiles on the platform after accepting the terms and conditions.
- Interested parties can use the platform to post job opportunities and connect with jobseekers.
- Interested parties are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful information and ensuring that it is not misleading.
- Interested parties are solely responsible for the material they upload and must not post content that violates any laws or intellectual property rights.
- Termination
HM DREAM JOBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any reason at its discretion.
Advertisement Terms for HM DREAM JOBS
At HM DREAM JOBS, we offer businesses and employers the opportunity to advertise job listings, career resources, and other related services on our Platform. The following terms apply to any advertisements posted:
- Eligibility
Only registered businesses, organizations, and employers are permitted to post advertisements. Advertisers must provide accurate and truthful information regarding the job listings and services they promote.
- Content of Advertisements
- Advertisements must be related to job opportunities, career services, or other relevant content in line with the Platform’s purpose.
- Advertisements must not contain any misleading, false, or discriminatory content.
- Advertisements must not include harmful or malicious software, viruses, or any other content that could disrupt the functionality of the Platform.
- Placement of Ads
HM DREAM JOBS reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisement submitted based on our editorial guidelines and advertising policies. All advertisements are subject to review before being published.
- Payment for Ads
All advertisements are subject to applicable fees. Payment for advertisements must be made in advance, and fees will be processed through Razorpay, in accordance with its payment terms.
- Duration of Ads
Advertisements will be displayed for the duration specified by the advertiser, subject to availability and the specific advertising plan selected.
- Removal of Ads
HM DREAM JOBS reserves the right to remove or suspend any advertisement that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
